Heights Kids is the children’s ministry of Heights Church for kids 6 weeks – 5th grade.
What To Expect
Heights Kids creates safe and fun environments where kids can experience the God who can change their lives. Your kids are going to love it! Everybody from 6 weeks old through fifth grade is invited. It’s free, totally secure and offered during all Sunday experiences.
New to Heights Kids? We can’t wait to get to know you and your family! Meet us at the front desk on the Kids side to get started!
Secure Check In
You and your child will receive matching name tags for security when you arrive.
Worship Experience
Enjoy the worship experience while your child engages in fun Heights Kids lessons and activities.
Pick Up
After the experience, present your parent tag to our Heights Kids leaders at the same room you dropped them off.

What’s the benefit of checking our kids into Heights Kids?
First of all, because your kids are going to love it! Our Sunday experiences are designed to get kids out of their seats and into the Bible storytelling action so they can understand relevant biblical truths in age appropriate ways. There’s nothing boring about being in Heights Kids! And, best of all, you get to spend your time undistracted worshipping in the main auditorium, experiencing the God that can change your life!
Where should we go when we arrive?
You will come to the Next Gen Lobby’s main check-in desk. A Heights Kids leader will greet you, give you a welcome gift, and escort you and your child to their room.
It’s our first time attending, how will my kids know what to do?
In Heights Kids, we’re thrilled to welcome first-time guests! When a child checks in for the first time, they receive a special sticker so our team knows it’s their first visit. Our leaders are trained to recognize these stickers and go out of their way to make new kids feel welcome, comfortable, and supported. From check-in to pick-up, we do everything we can to ensure their experience is fun, smooth, and memorable.
What if my child needs me during the experience?
Don’t worry—we’ll be in touch with you if your child needs you at any point during the experience.
What are the age groups in each room?
- 6 Weeks – Crawlers
- Walkers – 23 Months
- 2 & 3 Year Olds
- 4 Year Olds – PreK
- Kindergarten – 5th Grade
- We often have open “overflow” rooms. These rooms have all the same age groups, lessons, and fun, it just means we needed to make more room for kids to worship! Where you drop your kids off is the same room you will pick them up.
Is Heights Kids a safe place for my children?
Your child’s safety is one of our highest priorities. Here’s some of the ways we create a secure and welcoming environment:
- Secure Check-In & Safe Pick-Up: When you check in, you’ll receive matching secutiry stickers. Your child will wear a name tag, and you’ll keep the matching security sticker, ensuring only you can pick them up.
- Trained Leaders: Every Heights Kids leader completes a background check and is trained by our staff to provide safe, high-quality care.
- We have several other detailed safety measures in place to secure our kids area and ensure our kids worship safely each weekend. For safety’s sake, we only share these in person. Feel free to ask us about them when you arrive!
Will my child eat during the experience?
6 wk olds – 23 months will be given their bottles if feeding times fall during the experience time and we provide Gerber Puffs to our older babies. All 2s – PreK rooms have snack time with water and pretzels (gf pretzels are available).
