This team will host our guests in the lobby after they’ve checked-in until they’re called into the Miracle Mall. They will answer questions guests may have and keep them engaged in life-giving conversation. Just like during our weekend experiences, this Guest Experience team will be focused on serving our guests in such a way that they don’t just hear “welcome home”, they feel it.
