This team will be remulching the Heights Academy playground area, and preparing the area for a new playground to be securely installed, providing the best experience for our Lions as they come for summer camp and the new school year. Ages 12+
This team will support UMFS counselors by assembling and staging new office furniture, providing a refreshed office space where support for children is provided. Ages 12+
This team will clean-up the playground area at the Sprout School Second Presbyterian, helping to provide a safe and aesthetically clean area for the children who attend the Sprout School. Ages 12+
This team will visit the Childsavers' Therapy Garden that Heights Church renovated last RVA Week. This team will refresh the garden through intentional landscaping to continue bringing a safe place of joy and hope for children experiencing trauma across Richmond. Moderate activity. Ages 16+
This team will come together to landscape and beautify a learning garden program at a school, which supports local youth health and wellness. This project is perfect for all ages!
This team will be completing painting of classrooms for a new youth programming initiative at Northside Outreach Center, that serves to rebuild, reclaim and restore individuals and families in our city. Moderate to heavy activity. Ages 12+

This team will create an excellent environment and host single moms while they receive oil changes. Ages 12+
This team will be completing a shed painting project at Mary's Choice, a local home for single young mothers and their children who would otherwise be unhoused. Moderate activity. Ages 12+
This team will paint rocks for various community partners that we are serving throughout RVA Week. The rocks will be delivered to sites around the community and placed throughout intentional spaces to spread joy to all who visit. Perfect for all ages!
This team will build bears and write hand-written cards which will be delivered to various organizations within our community. We want even our smallest Heights Kids to know they can make a difference, so this project is designed for preschoolers and under, and is family-friendly.
