This small group will workout for 30 minutes in the church parking lot- body weight exercises, running, cinder blocks, tires. The last 30 minutes we will share our faith and discuss the things going on in our lives. Our community/church needs strong men/leaders! Take your next step!

Our community group will gather every other Tuesday. Together, we will foster fellowship & spiritual growth with shared potluck meals and time set aside for prayer. We will meet in homes in Glen Allen & Manakin Sabot throughout the semester.

This group is intended for a variety of people walking through different seasons of life. Are you an empty nester or facing that soon? Do you have aging or elderly parents? Are you in the grandparent stage of life? Let's do life together in this season!

This group is for couples looking to connect with other couples through fellowship, games and good snacks and treats.
